Apprentice Guide
Focus on basic skills and your own Hero's Journey. Learn the Acton model by shadowing experienced guides, observing studios in action, and beginning to facilitate small-group discussions.
Guide
Demonstrate mastery of Acton Academy processes and respect for learners' potential. Run your own studio independently — setting challenges, facilitating Socratic discussions, and empowering learners to own their journey.
Lead Guide
Lead a studio and design powerful learning experiences. Mentor other guides, lead school-wide operations, and help shape the culture and systems that keep the community thriving.
Academy Owner
Fully prepared to launch your own Acton Academy — bring learner-driven education to a new community and build something that changes the world.
